Delivery Terms

Cosmod.be ensures fast and reliable delivery in Belgium and selected European countries. We work with Bpost to ensure secure and timely delivery of your orders.

Delivery is made directly to the address provided by the customer, without the need to visit a collection point.

Delivery in Belgium

Deliveries are made via Bpost and take approximately 2 to 3 business days. The delivery fee is €4.75.

Delivery is free for all orders over €59.

Delivery to selected European countries

We deliver to France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. The delivery fee is €8.50 and the estimated delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days.

Delivery is free for all orders over €79.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to track the status of your delivery. You can track your parcel via the official Bpost website: www.bpost.be.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or exceptional circumstances.

Carefully check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. If the ribbon is damaged or suspect, complete a damage form with the driver, or refuse the parcel and contact us immediately.

In case of damaged parcels:

This may reduce your chances of receiving a refund if you do not report it in time.
