Delivery Conditions

Cosmod.be ensures fast and reliable delivery in Belgium and to certain European countries. We work with Bpost to guarantee the secure and timely shipment of your orders.

Delivery is made directly to the address provided by the customer, without the need to go to a collection point.

Delivery in Belgium

Deliveries are made via Bpost and take approximately 2 to 3 business days. The delivery fee is €4.75.

Delivery is free for all orders over €59.

Delivery to certain European countries

We deliver to France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. The delivery fee is €8.50, and the estimated delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days.

Delivery is free for all orders over €79.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to track the status of your delivery. You can track your parcel via the official Bpost website: www.bpost.be.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or in exceptional circumstances.

Carefully check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. If the tape is damaged or suspicious, fill out a damage report with the driver, or refuse the parcel and contact us immediately.

If your parcel is damaged:

Failure to report it promptly may reduce your chances of receiving a refund.
