Return Policy – ​​Right of Withdrawal and Non-Conforming Products

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the consumer has fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or incur any penalties.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised for personal reasons, the return shipping costs remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

However, if the delivered products are found to be damaged, defective, or do not conform to the order, the return shipping costs will be fully covered by the seller. The customer is encouraged to notify us of any issues as soon as possible to allow for a quick and efficient processing of the return.

Products must be returned in the same condition as when delivered, with the original packaging and all accessories.

Any product that has been opened, used, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund, except in the case of a proven defect.
