Return and Refund Policy

Hygiene products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and intact. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service with your order number and reason for return. After confirmation, you may ship the package using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds will be processed approximately 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged products upon receipt. Please contact our customer service immediately in such cases.
